Objectives:

1 Recognize the signs and symptoms of the conditions listed in the Model of Clinical Practice for Emergency Medicine

2 Practice patient-centered, team-based care in the Emergency Department with efficiency and respect for patient and their families

3 Demonstrate effective transitions of care between all members of the health care team from triage to final disposition

4 Designed to encourage health professionals to participate in education that effectively improves interprofessional collaborative practice and health outcomes.
